After being down for about 2 weeks I have gotten the scanner feed back online.
I had a sudden unexpected hard drive failure and also had to have surgery about that time as well.
I have recovered and rebuilt the PC and gotten it rolling again.

Sorry for the downtime it was all very unplanned and unexpected.
Good news is that I have a batter backup and I am going to add to the PC so that it increases the scanner feed uptime.
If you are using the Scanner app on Android the feed isn't listing in the Oconee county area for some reason.
Don't know who to contact about that.
