Hear any landmarks? I might be able to help if my memory still works. I did security in LR for 4 years as a mobile unit.

I found a list of frequencies from 1999 for Myrtle beach area. 464.8750 was listed for Lodge Associates and Breakers Resort hotel. Nothing for 461.6750.

Checked further ,found 461.6750 WPUS432 ,IG, Dixie Stampede.
464.8750 WPOZ250 ,IG Ralph Dale Earnhart.

I checked further on FCC site. WPOZ250 location #27 lists several freqs operating within 2 mile radius of 33-56-35.6N078-55-15.1W Horry Co. SC. I tried to locate on antenna registration site by Lat & long coordinates. could not get a match. Since freqs are low power,could it be the Nascar Cafe in Myrtle Beach? .

ah I'm not sure about the Cafe , as strong as it is here in Little River I doubt it....maybe the casino boat security , if I hear any landmark I'll let the forum know.

The Horry coordinates are for Myrtle Beach Speedway. 464.875 is among the pool of frequencies Dale Jr. can use when he races at that track ... but it might not be his first choice if the Breakers interferes with the trackside communications.
There will not be an antenna registration when the license does not provide for "base" operations.
Many of the NASCAR drivers have their FCC licenses structured similar to Dale Jr.'s., with regards to IG class frequencies.
