milair at Myrtle Beach

Hey, guys!!

I'm now 52 days from departing for vacation at Myrtle Beach (but I'm not counting ). I wanted to know if there was any military air traffic out of there lately.

When I was a kid (born 1972), we would stay at Pebble Beach Campground (north side of Springmaid pier, where Damon's is/was now). Loved waking up to tons of traffic off the AFB. Last time I was down, only one flight ever took off.

Is there any use in loading up with MilAir freqs for the trip this year?

Shaw Spend most of the air to air training off the coast of SC Here in Charleston Just about everyday there is something going on off shore. I went to this site and loaded both my Pro 97 and BCD996t

No longer any military aircraft stationed at Myrtle Beach Airport, only air carrier and General Aviation.

You would have to program for surrounding military exercise areas or bases.
