I need some help with the following talkgroup's for SCHP

I was looking for the ID's on the baords, and I am having a little trouble with them.

They are as follows:

Troop 5 Post D
Troop 5 Post B
Troop 5 Post A
Troop 4 Post D
Troop 4 Post B
Troop 4 Post A
Troop 4 Post C

Please advise if you can help

Here you go:

Troop 5 Post D - 29328 (Horry)
Troop 5 Post B - 29200 (Florence/Dillon/Marion)
Troop 5 Post A - 29584 (Darlington/Marlboro)
Troop 4 Post D - 21104 (Chesterfield/Lancaster, though they generally use 21392)
Troop 4 Post B - 29072 (York)
Troop 4 Post A - 21520 (Cherokee/Union)
Troop 4 Post C - 21392 (Chester/Fairfield)

Many of the Troop 4 talkgroups are frequently patched, so some radio traffic for some counties will sometimes appear on talkgroups for other posts.

To add some info to 2J144's post:

54 Troop 4 Post D is 21104, though this talkgroup is not used.
58 Law Enforcement Common-4 is 7472
60 SC Mutual Aid 4 is 29264
62 ACE Team 4 might be 61616

78 ACE Team 5 may be 61088

35 Troop 3 Post B is 21136, the same as Channel 33, as Larry indicated
42 Law Enforcement Common 3 is 7344
44 SC Mutual Aid 3 is 29136
45 SC Regional Govt is 31408

It's also worth noting that LifeReach and Careforce are no more. South Carolina Lifenet replaced them, they are dispatched on 3888 and make reports to Palmetto Richland Hospital on 3920.
