Easley Combined Utility System

This is the water, power, and sewer utility for Easley, SC and some of the surrounding areas. At one time, they used VHF on 153.485, then they went to Nextel. Today I was in their office paying my bill and noticed UHF HT750 WT's on the counters. I couldn't find anything in the FCC ULS, so they must be leasing from one of the local radio providers. Communications Service Center didn't come up but once on the ULS and Morris Comms only shows one or two freqs. Any ideas?

They are on the Type MOT-1 system off Paris Mtn. Block 5 type II ID is 41312

Forgive my ignorance of trunked radio systems, but Comm Serv Center has two systems on Paris. Is it the 5 freq system or the 9 freq system?
