Scanner For CHS CO Apco 25

I was wondering Since the CHS CO Apco 25 System is suppose to be 9600 baud what scanner would be able to decode the control channel. I know the Unidens 996t and 396t will.But what about 785d and 250d or the Radio Shack and GRE units will they ?Just thought I would ask.
