I have a pro 95 scanner and I am not convinced I have it programmed correctly. I am wondering if there is anyone who can assist me with this.

I am not sure if it is where I live or if the antenna is not correct.

do you have a programming cable? I can send you my pro-95 file and you can use win95 freeware software for the radio if you have the cable...
