Default Programming Custom Offset

Can anyone assist me in setting up the Custom Offsets for a Uniden BCD996XT? I have it set for 800 Custom, but the offset fields are looking for upper and lower.

Thanks in advance, Mark

Looking in the manual I see reference to editing band plans that include lower and upper frequency for the band plan as well as offset.

Found in the Easier to Read manual referencing Std Mot. 800Mhz rebanded systems. Other systems might be different.

I am quite familiar with the re-banding offsets, use them alot in my home state. I was hoping someone familiar with the specific programming of the SD statewide TRS would chime in and point me to the correct way to set up this systems offsets. My way didn't yield a thing. Thank you both for your replies.
