Question Current CONUS bandplans

Hi all,

Its been a long time since Ive worked any UHF satcom, so Im out of the loop on which bandplans are currently in use for the various birds that cover CONUS. Im not talking about the ones over the Atlantic or Pacific oceans which I would not be able to hear from here in Colorado, Im talking about the ones parked in 100W, 105W locations.

Please dont refer me to the wiki, I have checked out all those links and they talk mainly about the Atlantic and Indian Ocean area birds.
