are there any online streams of the nasa frequencies i can listen to with winamp

NASA - NASA TV

On the right side "Mission Audio" is self explanatory.

"Other viewing options" gives you an audio only link for NASA TV.

I even listen to them with my cellphone occasionally.

The links are for Media Player, Real Player, and Quicktime but I bet you could make Winamp work with a little tweaking.
