No, all shuttle comms are encrypted via satellite. NASA - NASA TV will do it all though.

They're encrypted so that if space aliens make contact to a shuttle mission, it won't upset anyone.

Check you local HAM repeaters, sometimes they will simulcast NASA audio as well. PITA for those repeater users though.
