Default 149.940 Russian Cosmos ?

This morning I came into the building and the scanner had locked on 149.940 with some sort of data / telemetry. First time I have heard it since re doing some of my antenna system. Search shows it could have been one of the Cosmos series sats - sounded like RTTY but the freqs were a bit higher than normal for AFSK RTTY. Faded out after a few minutes.

I've been hearing the same thing on 149.940, it's there for a little bit then fades away.
