Exclamation 261.575 USS Warship

808 PM local:

For the second night in a row I am hearing a accidental AM relay via CONUS UHF Satcom 261.575 MHz in AM mode. Freq is active with "US WARSHIP" making what sounds like guard calls to unid aircraft advising them they are "leaving international waters to say intentions" Very interesting stuff and very rare. The transponder is also active with another crypto station that is making things hard to hear at times...
