TACSAT 4 relay
Last night I was able to catch TACSAT 4's 253.0 MHz transponder relaying the AWOS from Sabre AHP at Fort Campbell Kentucky.

Are Keplerian Elements available for TACSAT 4? It would be nice to predict when the sat is overhead so we could catch more of these.

LIVE REAL TIME SATELLITE TRACKING AND PREDICTIONS: TACSAT 4
. Will get a couple passes a day CONUS. The passes are very long too, high pass is almost 2 hours long I think.
