Distributing Antenna via Leviton Enclosure solution?

Just moved and installed a Leviton Media Enclosure for distributing video, network, and hopefully scanner antenna feed.

Is there a Leviton product below that I can use to distribute my antenna to different locations where my scanners can plug into the antenna?

Looking for a bracket solution that plugs into my enclosure and can distribute one antenna to 3 locations.

The CATV solutions should work for you, but there will be loss on the passive models (the active ones include a preamp to compensate for this). It's good practice to terminate any open connections using a terminating resister to prevent signal distortion and stray signals from backfeeding into your system. While not the "best" scanner solution, they should do the job and match your enclosure's other devices.

An active splitter like the NAS LMX-82 - from National Antenna Systems?

Splits the input 2 ways, each way feeding a seperate pre-amp contained in the NAS, which then splits into 4 outputs x 2.

Depending on the coax type you use from the NAS LMX-82 outputs to each room, and the length those runs are going to be, as well as the coax length between the antenna and NAS, you may well still land up with very weak signals from the NAS, despite the fact it has 2 pre-amps in it.

Your solution then is going to be to boost the signal level coming down the coax to the NAS LMX-82, with a used 50 Ohm preamp (sourced on eBay?) located between the NAS and your antenna.

6dB - 9dB from that pre-amp would be plenty sufficient Gain - go much more than that and I see the pre-amps in the NAS module been pushed to saturation (which you do not want happening in a 50Ohm-into-75Ohm setup).

I also have single antenna feeding mulitiple devices at the same time and I also use a small Levition media box.

I feed into the panel, then into a 12db catv amp (i got from the local cable installer), then I feed to a Levition 8 way splitter.

By doing the 12db amp then the 8 way splitter, you still have the same signal level reaching each device as the 8 way splliter causes 10.5 to 11 db of loss at each out put.

Net gain after the amp (+12) the splitter (-11) equals +1db at device.

I have been running this setup for over 15 years and have never lost a signal that I wished to recieve.

I think I have an extra amp.
