Hey dustman, before you post in a forum be sure to read the sticky's at the top of the forum (they give clues on how your question would be better answered- and remind us not to triple post).
As for the Nascar frequencies they are in the wiki here (everything in blue is a link): http://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/NASCAR
However, I do not believe they are available for direct download into programming software. You could just eneter them in to the 246 manually you know...

texasemt13 and n4yek are correct; most normal, widespread (national), fixed frequencies are not posted in the database. There is no "national" or "countrywide" page in the database, so such frequencies are placed in the RR Wiki.
