In MLB games, when a runner goes from 1st base & slides in to 2nd base & he slides past the base & is taged out, he's out, same for 2nd to 3rd bases. BUT! if the runner goes from 3rd base & slides in home plate & touches home plate with any part of his body & slides past home plate & gets taged he is SAFE, why is this ? why is he safe at home but not at the other base's ?

Basically once a player properly touches home (after previously and successfully touching the prior bases in the correct order) he is no longer in play so if he's tagged after that point it's just like them tagging a player on the bench and there's no out.

Last night during the WS game, they had a challenge on a call at 2nd base for the KC runner, now they
have challenge call review in BASEBALL ?

Each team stars the game with one challenge. If you challenge a call and it gets overturned you get one more. If you challenge a call and it does not get overturned you cannot challenge calls for remainder of game. So most you can get is two. This is mostly used for base outs when refs in the box can review replays from a variety of camera angles.

I guess all sports have challenge review now ? sure seems odd for MLB to have reviews.
