Are you talking public safety in the general area? Or NASCAR/driver stuff?

All the public safety stuff is in the Tennessee database and the NASCAR stuff doesn't change a whole lot from year to year.

Local PS is mostly Encrypted in Bristol. They run on the TACN TRS. They are one of the actually few areas in TN that used the Officer Safety type excuses to pretty much encrypt anything they could.

Go down to TN - Sullivan County...

Correct. Nothing at all heard on Sullivan talkgroups. Ended up importing entire state DB and hear Washington County units fines so i assume either they are indeed encrypted or not all are accurate. (never even hear any fire ems stuff). Not a huge deal i just like listening when the rain is falling....
