Default Software to automatically record/email fire tone outs?

Is there any software that can take the fire tone out audio (from a BC15), record it, save it, then automatically email the .wav file?

It occured to me that would be a slick feature - to be able to receive a tone out notificaiton on your Blackberry or mobile device...

I did some "Googling", and there seems to be different software that can do different "pieces" of the problem, but I didn't find anything that really seemed to hit the mark.

I found an Outlook plugin that says it will automatically email a file anytime the file changes... I saw several packages that will take audio from voicemail or even a real time phone call to an "800 number" and convert to text and email it (Jott.com), and I am pretty sure there is audio software that will just record the "active" part of a transmission (ignoring/shutting down during dead air), but I am not sure there is anything for example that would automatically detect the end of a transmission, save a file after it was recorded (to trigger the Outlook plugin to "send it"). It would also be clever if you could do all the above AND convert the wave to text before emailing, so you received a "transcript" of the dispatch message...

Any ideas? I am sure this could be done, but I am also sure some ways would be easier than others... I wonder if anyone has tried this.

WOW! I downloaded "TwoTone Detect" and it works flawlessly. So now I can be anywhere around the country, and within about a minute of a dispatch I will "hear" the dispatch of my neighborhood fire station on my Blackberry. What a blast.

I loaded up a Windows XP computer and connnected an old standby scanner. The various software downloads and installs took about 90 minutes, but I followed the instructions patiently and it all worked FIRST TIME!

how exactly does this work? Is there a software that can turn the voice into text and be emailed to a cell phone?
