Dual mono streams from stereo input?

Does anyone know of a streaming software program that will allow me to have 2 mono streams from the same stereo input? I have 2 feeds I'd like to stream, but I'd like to send the left channel to one and the right channel to another. I remember a couple years ago I ran across a program that I thought did just that, but didn't really need it at the time. I don't remember what it was called.

I am not sure for PC, but Nicecast on the mac can be told to only use 1 channel. Then just run 2 instances with different settings.
