Controls the rate at which the peak signal falls, the default is "1"

i use vox2file. also known as xcorder. but it seems when listening to my recordings i get a lot of ....

"ode 3. ere in ursuit of a ed 009 onda civic"

get what im saying? anyway. is there a way to fix this. is it that peak signal option?
