cleaning up audio
Trying to work thru a very distorted recording of interference to a radio system. Can hear female voice in it but not well enough to discern what she is saying- anyone have a free resource/software.
Looking to clean the audio and figure it out. Have used audacity and a couple of grahic equalizer programs but not making it much better.
Anyone have any guidance on this?
