Hello

I would love to put my scanner audio online but dont have an extra scanner or an adquate internet connection. I want to record my scanner at night and when I am working. I would just want to save the audio onto my computer and not publishing it online for listening later on. How would I do this?

Check out http://www.davee.com/scanrec.html for a voice (sound) activated computer based recording program. There is a free and paid 'pro' version available. Both are great. After trying the free version, I upgraded to Pro and have it set to automatically run a new recording, along with activity log, beginning at midnight each night. This program makes the recording from whatever audio you can feed into or through your PC.

Those utilities will work fine for the Pro-164 or Pro-94 - but if you want to record using your 500, any of the big 3 (ARC500, PSREdit500 or Win500 (pro)) will record audio, or you can use the latest version of IDTracker.

That program works great!
