Are there any streaming apps that will let me listen to (or scan) multiple feeds at once???

Something similar to Scanner Live or Scanner Force.

Try Action Scanner.

I second the suggestion to try Action Scanner. A little slow for adding new feeds but over all an outstanding application.

Can you add a feed manually if you know the address, port, and mount point, etc.???

Yes:

1 - Touch the + to add a new feed to a scan bank

2 - Touch the + again and another screen opens letting you add the information for a feed that isn't in the database.

I use Action Scanner for my own private feeds. Love it.
