Audio Isolator in the Wiki

I'm newly setting up a live feed for my county and was going through the wiki and the link for the audio isolator doesn't bring up anything of real interest. I was just wondering if anyone knew what this is. Can it be found at radio shack and if so a part number or item number is greatly appreciated.
