Am I going to have to make any changes to my setup? I only broadcast two freqs and it doesn't look like from what I read that they are upgrading to trunking or 800mhz or anything like that.

Thinks will probably work without any changes (although their audio level may be lower). If your scanner supports it (many do) you may want to reprogram their frequencies to use narrow-band FM (NFM is often what it's called), which may restore the audio level and prepare you for the future when the FCC starts allowing licenses to use the new channels the narrower bandwidth is supposed to open up.
