Radio Feed Pro-197 Metadata Error

I am running the RADIOFEED software.

I am running a pro-197 scanner.

I never had issues before, until today with the metadata. And all of a sudden I was getting this error.

Any ideas why I am getting this error? How can I fix it?

I would first power cycle the scanner. If that doesn't fix it then I would power cycle the computer. If it still occurs then I would check for any new Windows Updates installed but that is unlikly the curprit.
