pro scan help plz

HELP with proscan i can not connect via client on remot scanner over ip. My port is open and i have checked it. When i try logging in as a client it just says server started then goes to server ended.
Can any one help me thank you

The "Server Started" message comes from the server side. If trying to connect from the client, select the Client and start the client.
