New USB Sound Card Suggestions

I've been using Sound Blaster Go Pro for awhile and would like to improve the sound quality. I've looked at almost all the USB Sound Cards and the reviews are not the greatest. If you listen to my here is the Manchester Police you can hear a background hiss. Would that be the Sound Blaster USB Card? If it is. Is there one that someone recommends that would get rid of that?

Is the hiss audible on the output of the radio? My PSR 500 had a constant hiss.

Its a BCD996XT I guess if you have the volume turned up you can hear something in the background didn't know if my USB sound card was going.
