I had Pro Scan Remote Scanner Over IP all set up on port 5001. I did some Windows 7 x64 updates and all of a sudden my port wouldn't work. I turned Norton Fire wall off and nothing. Turns out somehow Windows Firewall even though it said it was using Norton was still blocking traffic. I had to turn OFF the Windows Firewall to get everything back to where it was. It now works through the router firewall and Norton 360 firewall without a problem.
