Default Conventional Remote Base Question

I have a Group of Individuals Using simplex VHF-Business band on an Icom F-320 used for Dispatch. How can I access the Radio Remotely for both Transmit and Recieve operations? Can this radio convert to Inter-net? and/or is there a way to access it via a Telephone Line or Modem?
Any and all Sugestions would be welcome and very much appriciated.

Thanks

MT

I should also mention, the Radio is based in Dallas where the Site Communications are. The remote access Point would be in Waco, some 90 miles south of the base.

www.vega-signalling.com

They make all kinds of radio Voice Over IP (VoIP) devices for connecting radio devices across a local network or the internet.

You can lease a telephone line and use tone-remote but the phone company will beat you for an arm and a leg.

Actually what I am looking into is what is Now Called RoIP or Radio over IP. I found a Long and Very educational artical on it in Mission Critical Mag. last Month. I am now looking into the financial options. this is some tricky technology. but One had to do what Others Demand one to do.

Thanks Ya'all for the Insight.
