i am currently using a software called trunk manager for the job but it takes lot of time to manually insert the data for each radio so do any one know about any other way to use or any software that can get the information from motorola programming software for example

thanks for the web site
but is there any software that can catch data like ID,system, talkgroup, etc from motorola programming software's?

Software's that catch data upon air are not enough since many radios may be programmed and kept away or not in use in the meanwhile but they are still considered as programmed and may be used anytime

All you need to do is key up the radio one time on each of its personalities and you'll have what's programmed into the radio. Check out our Radio Discovery Report that comes as a part of this GenWatch3 package deal--

http://www.genesisworld.com/GW3/GW3-RadioAudit.htm

It's built for Rebanding audit of IDs, TGs, radio services (dispatch, interconnect, PVTcall, etc.)

I'm using Phil's products down here in Palm Beach County and with it configured on a Raid 5 server with (I believe 60GB drives) I can go back almost 6 months to compile subscriber and talk-group information.

Very easy to set up and their customer service is top notch!
