Default Sac records went away

Hey guys, hello, I've recently been tasked with reforming a subscriber list that was lost due to maintenance on a type ii system. I have an archive of a unit but that's it. A few units need system wide call capability. Is there a possibility that a talkgroup was created that all other groups are affiliated to? If sys. wide call is actived in the units subscriber list parameters how do they initiate it? :?:

The radio will need to support systemwide calling first. There's a screen where you have to enable it to allow it to come up as a mode in the channel list. And there's no talkgroup to set aside for it; it's a fixed TG for any Motorola network.

So permitted the radio is programmed with a mode for systemwide and the database permits the radio to make the call, you should be good to go.
