The updated entry or entries will be green for 24 hours then turn to a nice yellow for about a week.... And, in the upper right hand corner below the banner you'll see something like this: County Last Updated on June 17, 2008, 5:47 am... clicking on that will tell you what was updated and by whom (General text description updated unitcharlie 2008-06-17 05:47:57).
