Smile New Member (Eldoscan) Issue

Greetings new user but long time scanner user. I enjoy the site but I am not able to get signed in thru my software it says that my password or user name is incorrect. So it must be trying to connect just not authorized or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have a good one!

Your account looks like it is authorized and all looks good on our end.

Make sure you don't have a firewall that might be blocking the software from accessing the internet.

Warm regardsm
