Default Premium Subscription?

Hi there,

Back in December (08) I signed up for the premium subscription (1yr). In checking my account, it stated I was a standard subscriber. It appears, thought, I can still get into the database and post in the forums. I also wrote to "webmaster" but no reply.

Just a bit confused....

Access to the DB and the Forums is free, Have you tried to download from the Database? Lindsay should get back to you in the near future.

its NOT DEC 09 & if he paid $30 for the memebership that is 1 year. he says he joined dec 08

Obviously your transaction was not cleared, at least under this UserID. You will have to give the details to Lindsay (Webmaster) to trace the transaction. His not replying to your previous communication doesn't sound right. Use the "Help" link at the top of the page and scroll to the bottom to find the correct Webmaster email address. Make sure that you use the same "verizon.net" email address you have registered for this account when communicating. Also check and make sure that replies are not being intercepted by a spam filter.

I checked your account and we don't have any record of you ever being a premium subscriber using the "Rozie45" account. Is it possible you were a premium subscriber under a different username?
