I renewed my subscription, but cannot connect

I'm using the ARC 300 software and my subscription expired. I upgraded and renewed and I still cannot download the conventional and trunking frequencies. I get the message, "Access denied, this account is not a contributing member". Any ideas?

Your subscription has not yet been activated because your premium subscription badges has not been put back up yet.

Umm i can connect with arc but not with freescan and it says my user id and password are incorrect and still waiting on my user id change request..Can someone check into this?Thanks N4DXX
