how do i get the software to program a pro 197

I just upgraded my membership but it won't let me download the software i need to program a pro 197. Are there other software programs i can use with RR? Thanks for any help

which program would you recommend for simplicity, i need to download my local pd for granite city, il. it is a starcom 21 system (apco 25 i think)
