Default download problems

I cannot log on from my arc396 butell software to get scanner frequencies. Keep getting message waiting for http data.

Default download problems

Well thanks for the info, I did download new software but now have a differant problem. Software won't recognize my scanner. Any ideas?

Post your problem on the software forum, and be sure to identify what software you are using. I don't think you are alone with this problem.
