But this a different email and log in name........no way to determine or link the two accounts. And I now get a error message that the name and email address have been taken...only after trying to set up a second account

All email addresses will have your IP address embedded in it somehow including Web based ones

This is against the TOS you agreed to when you signed up. Discovering multiple accounts is grounds for removing all access to the site.

I was wondering about this. I had some stuff for sale....When I went to check information of some of the interested parties their name could not be found as a member. So I was trying to determine if a second account was used just for purchasing. Maybe they were not "premium " members. I was trying to find out what happened to these "interested" parties. It appeared they just vanished not to be seen again. Managing one account is enough. No "illegal" intent
But thanks for the information. I am inquisitive individual

Just to be clear, as you mentioned this a couple of times. Premium membership gives you no extra privileges in the forums at all and, if you violate the TOS, it gives you no protection from being banned.

Your message received load and clear......no additional account has been opened . No TOS violated..I hope this issue is closed.
I enjoy the varied forums and the intelligence of members and assistance they have given to me to enjoy this hobby to the fullest, without this group I would be lost.
Thanks for the information and explanation of the rules.

As I recall, new members must make at least three posts, all of which are moderated for content, before they are posted. Until a new member can post without being moderated his/her name will not appear in the list of members.

Part of this is accurate. However, the member doesn't appear until after 5 countable posts (IOW not Tavern). The 5 post count, I think, is actually part of the vB software itself, but I could be wrong about that.

Special Key???
We don't use keys on RadioReference. Are you confusing this site with your programming software?

It's okay Bob, I am not that far behind you. Just been doing this so long, I can do it in my sleep.
