ERROR message on RR mobile

I receive an error message when trying to enter forums on rr mobile. This just started yesterday during the rr maintenance period.

site error: the file/data/rr/rr41/web/moblile/forums/index;php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.1. so to be installed by the site admimistrator.

Is this a rr problem or on my end.
