Reports or daily logs for specific info

I'm new and I am trying to find out if spefic information is available to me(either standard or Premium member). The information I am looking for is mostly fire, wind, and flood specific information. This will include addresses of the loss when called in. Is this possible? Is it possible to set defaults to pick up this information only and is it put on some sort of data base so that I would not have to listen 24/7?

Another insurance adjuster looking for free leads? The information on RR is about how to listen to communications via scanner, not how to make use of the content of those communications for personal gain, which is illegal in the USA.
