Ken, I would suggest you look at your speed problem with a traceroute program. Whereas users blame the host site, more often I find the problem is in the backbone. Perhaps your connectivity is affected by Citibank troubles; as I write this major pieces of the siite are down. Amazon's servers failed on Christmas Eve, taking Netflix down for hours. I don't know what OS you use, but if Windows I can recommend (as a user since the '90s) Visualware's software as best of breed. A eoy sale is offering 50-80% off until the 31st. Window's traceroute command is available in a CMD box. If you are on an Android phone/tablet I can recommend the free 'TracePing' in the Play store. Overall, I find the traceroute data puts a kibosh on the usual tech support questions and answers of reboot/reinstall/reconnect that drives me crazy. HTH.
