You probably need to flush your cache on Internet Explorer at this point - you may still have some of the Javascript cached.

I just checked the home page after flushing and deleting everything, and the issue is back for me also, sorry to say.

I caught an attempt at a redirect just after the homepage loaded minutes ago.
It likely came from one of the banner ads even though I only see the scannermaster adds.

The page it was trying to redirect me to was "pwfloorsinc dot com".

I closed the browser before pwfloorsinc could load as it hung before it loaded.

I saw this in IE8 and whatever the current version of firefox is.

No joy.

I have my IE10 set to Delete ALL of the history. But just to be safe I did do a manual delete and also used the F12 Developer Tools to do a Cache flush. Per your above email I repeated the manual deletion and cache flush, still no luck.

Note: I was online yesterday when you took the site down (around noon). When it came back up I was able to successfully use IE10 to access the home page. Also at that time there was no issues reported by Norton.

Today (using IE10) I'm back to a blank home page and alerts that Norton is blocking the attack.

No issues here using Chrome 25.0 or FireFox 19.0.2 must not like I.E.

It does not happen with each visit to the site. That's why I think it is something in one of the banner ads. Visit the site with the infected ad and you will be redirected or if lucky, your AV will catch it and stop it before the page loads.

I do see the redirects with FF 19.0.2 so it is not just an IE problem.

Default Me Too

Since Monday, had been having the same blank white screen issues. My IE is set to automatically go to home page, logged in. Think I have it mostly fixed here now, but occasionally on this computer when I click on something, it produces the same blank screen. This is Win 7/IE 9. My laptop I noticed today is also having the issue, also Win 7, not sure which IE. I mostly got it back here by deleting browsing history, but not sure it's for good.

I'm getting the redirects with FF 19.0.2 also, as well as IE 10.

Warnings from Norton about Red Exploit Kit attacks from multiple IP's.

Flushed all history and flushed cache, but it's re-occurring.

If I shut off ADBLOCK+ plugin in CHROME or FIREFOX I have blank screen issues, but, not all the time... So I think it must be an issue with a banner ad.

Strictly using LINUX only, too.

So how do you flush the cache? In IE?

Still getting "redexploit" warnings through Yahoo, page not loading/blank.

Google is fine.

I think we've resolved the issue now after the last maintenance about 15 minutes ago. I should have a full postmortem writeup soon on what exactly happened.
