Default Home Page Issue

When I click on the Home Page, I see it for a second and then I get a white page with nothing on it. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. I haven't visited the Home Page in awhile, but this has never happened before. I hope this is the right forum for this; if not, kindly move it to the correct place. Thanks so much for your help.

I just checked again before posting, and it just goes to a totally white page, rather than seeing it for a second before becoming blank.

I'm having the exact same trouble with the RR home page since Sunday evening. It appears for a half second then goes blank.

I've been getting the same thing. Looks like somebody slid a redirect in...

Here's the source code from the home page -

Default Same issue

It appears to be related via Yahoo. Google goes right through.

My norton has been giving me a warning for the last 3 days that it's blocking an attack named "redexploit".

I have the same problem, if using IE 10, you get a glimpse of it for about 2 seconds, and then it is just a blank white page.

Everything is fine using Firefox.

I saw that briefly yesterday morning, but not since, while at work. We're using IE9...Mike

Same here, with IE10. I tried repeatedly yesterday and the homepage went blank after 2 seconds.

It's working fine now, however.

I think I fixed it. I logged on went to Google search. Added the home page to favorites which over wrote the old link. Now it goes to home page every time. CRazzzzzy

I think there was in issue with some java script on a specific ad site. That ad did not load every time so the issue was intermittent. I am not sure but Lindsay took the site down for about 10 minutes this morning and I have not been able to reproduce the problem since, so he probably took care of it.

Yes, it loads in now. I haven't tried logging in over there, but will do that as soon as I log off from this part of the site. Thanks so much!

To kf4uuz, thanks for your help, but I believe you have to log on to that page totally separately from the forums section. And that can't be done if the page isn't loading in. Hopefully that is fixed now.

It is working fine now. I like to check it periodically to see which of the systems I am tracking have the green highlighted updates. That is a really great feature which saves me a lot of time in keeping up with local changes. Thanks Lindsay for your outstanding support!

Default Blank page is back (IE)

When I clicked on the RR Home Page link using IE10 just now I got a blank page. No warning from Norton about a Red Webkit Attack, just a blank page.

Default Basic info

Here's what I am seeing.

Chrome, Firefox and Safari display properly and I don't get a blocked message from Norton. I get the blank screen and Norton notification when using IE10.

My system is running Win7 (all updates applied) the latest version of IE 10 and the latest version of Norton Anti Virus (updates every couple of minutes).

I'm getting the quick flash of the home page, then a blank screen followed by an alert message from Norton.

Here's the short version from Norton:

Web Attack: Red Exploit Kit Website 2

infocream.com/wrlc.htm 67.19.86.2, 80

Each time I attempt to access the RR Home Page with IE 10 a different url and ip is listed in the Norton Event log.

I hope the following helps you resolve this issue.

I also still get a blank page using IE 10 on Windows 8, up to date as of this morning, using the latest Avast.

A longer discussion about the Red Exploit messages is in this other thread:

Hope this helps,
