I am trying to upgrade my account from free to Premium and I get an error message ACCESS DENIED,can not access paypal through this websit or something like that..

I am having trouble too.
I paid for a Premium account through Paypal yet my status remains stuck at "Free."
It has been nearly a month so far and still no joy. I cannot access the premium features.
I can't seen to get any assistance either.
