Customer support response issues?

Two weeks ago, I submitted a request to change my username to my reflect my new amateur call sign. I've not received a response. My request still shows pending. Has it somehow been overlooked? My call sign has not been KK6ZLX for weeks now. Can someone from Support please respond?

I believe Lindsay is currently on vacation so responses might be delayed.

I've been on vacation for a lot of July and have only been handling critical customer support requests. Username changes have been less of a priority. I'm working through the backlog as I can. Thanks,
