I'm not sure what you expected but there is no key.

If you're using software to download frequencies, you just need to enter your RadioReference username and password.

If you need a software key you need to get that from the software maker/seller then use your software and your RR user name and password it takes both.

This appears to be another instance of not understanding the RR subscription - it gives you the ability to download data from our databases, but you need an app to do it. What scanner(s) are you using? We can advise as to which ones are compatible
