Indiana Database problem

What is wrong with the Indiana Safe-T database. I could get nothing for a few weeks then with the update it was accessable for a few days but now it is gone. Is there a problem?

I looked at the update history and noticed co-incidentally that when Srobo 's message was posted , the Indiana SafeT was having a System text block update performed.

When DB Admin's do "maintenance" , does it render that system unaccessible at that precise moment ?

I accessed no prob , must be a "user" issue as stated.
