(WIN97) XML error detected: no element found near:

I am useing WIN97 Version 1.13 and when I try to import conv. freqs on Alachua county Florida I get the following message, but when i import trunked all works fine.
Any ideas?

RayK has the right idea...make sure your import URL has a 1.1 at the end of it...see my pic below..yes, this is the import screen from Win96 instead of Win97 but this will make Win97 work for you too:

Yep that did it alright...I downloaded the upgrade and didn't read the whole thing. I ASSUMED nothing changed. But you know what happens when you ASSUME...
